What a Heavy Dumbbell ! And a Dead Loss Noob !
Salut !! Oui oui oui ! Ca fait encore un moment que le Blog boudasse et que tout le monde me demande ce qu’il se passe…
Je profite donc de mon voyage en bretagne chez mes parents, et que mère m’ait envoyé le faire (ça c’est la loose…), pour mettre une petite vidéo.
Le but de cet exercice était de montrer et faire ressentir le poids a travers le personnage et a l’aide d’un haltère (que j’ai enfin appris a écrire !! (c’est bien ça hein?!) … mais du coup… on dit pas ‘un naltère’ mais ‘un hhhaltère’ ? 
ça fait drôle je trouve…)

Oui il est bien fait ton levé de hhhaltère, mais il est fainéant le bonhomme parce qu’il tente de soulever le poids pendant la moitié de la vidéo et pendant l’autre moitié il reste allongé sans rien faire… éh ben c’est pas comme ça qu’il va progresser!
